Special thanks are extended to the 131 organizations who submitted applications for Stronger Together 2010 funding. We were encouraged to see diligence and strategic thinking demonstrated as projects proposed solutions to current realities and an envisioned future. Limited resources prevented partnership with a longer list of worthy projects, and made decision-making difficult.
We trust that the impact of these diverse projects, implemented within a broad spectrum of Canadian charitable work, will strengthen each organization’s ability to fulfill its mission well into the future. In addition, we intend to encourage ongoing partnerships among charities whenever possible.
Stronger Together 2010 is a collaborative granting initiative of eight foundations and individuals who combined forces this year to invest in the strategic growth of Canadian faith-based charities.
